Andrew M. Endicott

Andrew Endicott is a financial-technology entrepreneur and venture capital investor. Andrew is co- founder and general partner of Gilgamesh Ventures, which is an early-stage fintech venture capital fund based in New York City that Andrew co-founded with Miguel Armaza in 2020. Gilgamesh invests in financial technology companies from pre-seed to Series A, and the firm currently has 38 investments in the US and Latin America. Prior to Gilgamesh, Andrew co-founded Petal, which is a financial technology company in the credit card space in the United States that is dedicated to expanding access to credit in populations with limited credit histories. After raising over $300m in equity capital and exceeding $100m in annual revenue, Petal recently sold to Empower. Prior to Petal, Andrew was an investment banker at Lazard and a corporate lawyer at Willkie Farr. Andrew has a JD from Harvard Law School and a BSBA in accounting & finance from the University of Arkansas. Andrew has served on the board of directors of Encore Bank since 2019.

Anne S. Carmignani

Anne Carmignani is an accomplished financial, strategy and operations executive. Her tenure at PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consulting, one of the world’s largest consulting firms, included strategy, operations and other projects for highly regulated companies. Anne was then recruited to join Cablevision, at the time the fifth largest cable company in the world, whose assets also included media and sports properties such as the New York Knicks, Rangers and Liberty. Since moving to Bermuda in 2001, Anne has been a not-for-profit company director and investor. Anne’s areas of expertise include finance, strategic planning, and operations. Anne has a B.A. in economics and a Master’s in Business Administration from Wharton.

Bartholomew Zanelli has almost 30 years in investment banking, specializing in the insurance industry. Bart has worked for three reinsurance brokers, Guy Carpenter, JLT Re, and Gallagher Re along with reinsurer, Skandia America Group. He has specific experience in advising and raising capital for numerous Florida homeowner insurance companies.

Sixth generation Floridian with a professional background that spans public service in Florida and in Washington, DC, private sector experience in the real estate development and homebuilding sector and c-suite leadership in non-profit corporations in Florida and abroad. For more than a decade, Hart served as Executive Vice President of Government Affairs & Political Operations at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, and more recently, served as the CEO of the Bermuda Business Development Agency.
